1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeoFares, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

GeoFares is a flight price comparison tool. Free compares 3 key markets for a route, while Pro expands the comparison to 50+ countries when enrollment is available. We help you compare geo-specific prices. We do not sell or book flights directly — when you choose to book, you are redirected to a third-party booking partner who handles the transaction, ticketing, and customer service for the booking.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• One account per person. Shared or automated accounts are not permitted.

4. Subscription, Billing & Auto-Renewal

• GeoFares Pro costs $5 USD per month, billed through Stripe. Local currency figures shown on the pricing page are approximations; the charge is in USD.
• New Pro enrollment is temporarily paused. When enrollment is available, eligible new subscribers receive the advertised 7-day free trial and are not charged if they cancel before it ends.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We state this on the pricing page before you subscribe, and Stripe confirms it at checkout.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• We'll notify you by email before any price increase takes effect; continued use after the change means you accept the new price.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancelling is self-serve and takes under a minute: Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel. No email, no phone call, no chat with a retention agent.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then and are not charged again.
• If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you subscribe. If you start using Pro during those 14 days, you agree we begin providing the service immediately and, on withdrawal, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the days already provided; the rest is refunded.
• Refund policy for everyone else: {{REFUND_POLICY}} . If a charge was made in error, contact us and we'll fix it.

6. Price Accuracy Disclaimer

Flight prices displayed on GeoFares are approximate and sourced from third-party APIs. Prices may change between the time of search and the time of booking, and the final price is always the one shown by the booking partner before you pay. GeoFares does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or final price of any fare.

7. Affiliate Relationships

GeoFares earns commissions from booking partners when you complete a booking through our links. This affiliate relationship does not affect the prices shown to you or our search results ranking — results are ordered by price.

8. Limitation of Liability

GeoFares is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including incorrect pricing information, booking issues with third-party partners, missed flights, or financial losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing affects statutory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on GeoFares are owned by GeoFares or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email before they take effect; continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}} , without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
