1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeoFares, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

GeoFares is a flight price comparison tool that searches localized airline pricing across 50+ countries. We help you find the cheapest fares by comparing geo-specific prices. We do not sell or book flights directly — when you choose to book, you are redirected to a third-party booking partner.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• One account per person. Shared or automated accounts are not permitted.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.

5. Price Accuracy Disclaimer

Flight prices displayed on GeoFares are approximate and sourced from third-party APIs. Prices may change between the time of search and the time of booking. GeoFares does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or final price of any fare. The actual booking is processed by the airline or booking partner, not GeoFares.

6. Affiliate Relationships

GeoFares may earn commissions from booking partners when you complete a booking through our links. This affiliate relationship does not affect the prices shown to you or our search results ranking.

7. Limitation of Liability

GeoFares is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: incorrect pricing information, booking issues with third-party partners, missed flights, or financial losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on GeoFares are owned by GeoFares or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
